Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken breasts or 1 fryer
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing mix
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can cream of chicken soup
Preparation
    Skin chicken.
    Boil unsalted.
    Cool and pull from bones. Place layer of chicken in casserole dish, then a layer of stuffing mix.
    Dilute mushroom soup with 1 can of chicken broth.
    Spoon mushroom soup over layer of stuffing mix; use about half of it. Then place another 2 layers.
    Spoon remaining mushroom soup. Place another 2 layers.
    Let stuffing mix be on top.
    Dilute the cream of chicken soup with can of chicken broth.
    Spoon all on top layer.
    It is best to add more chicken broth on the layers of stuffing for moisture.
    Cook in a 350\u00b0 oven for 45 minutes or until brown.
