Reuben Sandwich - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 slices sourdough bread
1/2 lb. corned beef, sliced thin
8 oz. can sauerkraut, well drained
2 to 3 Tbsp. mayonnaise
4 slices Swiss cheese
2 Tbsp. margarine
Preparation

Place corned beef, then sauerkraut, mayonnaise and cheese on 4 slices of bread.
Top with other bread slices.
Spread butter on outside of bread.
Grill in skillet or on griddle until browned and cheese melts.
