Ingredients

mustard greens
3 slices bacon
red pepper
black pepper
sugar to taste
salt
Preparation

Thoroughly clean greens and shred.
Fry a few pieces of bacon in a deep pot.
Add greens and stir constantly until greens are tender.
Add red and black pepper and salt.
When almost done, add a little sugar to taste.
Do not add water or overcook.
