Home-Made Noodle Dough - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. sifted flour
    1 tsp. salt
    2 eggs
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 c. boiling water
Preparation
    In a large bowl mix flour and salt.
    Make a hole in the center of the flour; add eggs and oil.
    Pour in water.
    Stir quickly until a stiff dough is formed.
    Work in as much flour as possible. Place dough on a heavily floured surface.
    Knead 10 minutes.
