Cornfield Hash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked corn on the cob
    2 medium potatoes, cooked and diced
    4 to 5 green onions
    1 large tomato
    1 medium green pepper
    2 c. cooked ham
    4 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Combine corn, potato, onion, green pepper, ham, tomato, salt and pepper.
    Melt
    butter
    in
    large
    skillet.
    Add
    corn mixture. Pat down evenly.
    Cook about 10 minutes until bottom begins to brown.
    Turn
    hash\tand
    continue
    cooking another 5 minutes, loosening from pan frequently with spatula.
    Sprinkle with shredded cheese.
    Makes 4 to 6 servings.
