Devil Crabs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. backfin crabmeat
    1 tsp. French's mustard
    1 tsp. salt
    pinch of pepper
    1 slice stale bread, grated fine
    1/8 lb. butter
    1 egg, well beaten
    1 small onion, grated
    1 tsp. flour
    1 c. milk
Preparation
    Put
    in
    saucepan
    the butter;\tmelt.
    Add
    flour;
    mix well. Add milk, set aside until
    cool
    and thick.
    Remove all bones in meat.
    Put all ingredients in.
    Pour in sauce and mix well, but gently with hands.\tPut
    in
    shells,
    sprinkle
    with crumbs. Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for about 45 minutes or until brown. Should make about 8.
