Sweet Potato Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 large potatoes
1 egg
3/4 to 1 c. sugar
1/3 c. evaporated milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. lemon
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 unbaked crust
Preparation

Cover
potatoes
with
water.
Boil until tender.
Cool and peel.
With
mixer\tadd
sugar, milk, margarine, flavoring and egg.
Add
sugar until taste is too sweet. Pour into shell and bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until crust is brown.
