Cauliflower Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. butter
1 Tbsp. olive oil
1 medium chopped onion
6 to 8 chopped scallions
1 clove chopped garlic
2 stalks chopped celery
2 medium heads cauliflower, cored and chopped
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. curry powder (optional)
Preparation

Cook onion, cauliflower and celery in water in a large saucepan until tender.
Mix in remaining ingredients and simmer until thoroughly heated.
