Wayne'S Broccoli Puff - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli cuts
1/4 c. salad dressing
1 egg, beaten
1/2 c. shredded sharp process American cheese
1/4 c. milk
1 (10 oz.) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1/4 c. fine dry bread crumbs
1 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
Preparation

Cook frozen broccoli according to package directions, omitting salt.
Drain thoroughly.
Place in 10 x 6 x 1 1/2-inch baking dish. Mix soup with shredded cheese.
Add milk, salad dressing and beaten egg to soup mixture.
Stir until well blended.
Pour over broccoli. Combine bread crumbs with melted butter; sprinkle evenly over mixture.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes until crumbs are lightly browned.
Serves 6.
