Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. salad oil
    4 eggs
    2 c. carrots, finely grated
    1 can crushed pineapple, drained well
    1 1/2 c. coconut
Preparation
    Mix oil, eggs and sugar.
    Add dry ingredients.
    Blend in carrots, pineapple and coconut.
    Bake at 350\u00b0
    until done.
    Do not overbake.
    Makes one 9 x 13-inch or 3 (9-inch) round layers.
    Ice with cream cheese frosting.
