Stuffed Cabbage - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 oz. raw hamburger
1/2 c. cooked rice
2 Tbsp. heavy cream
1 tsp. onion
dash of pepper, oregano and green pepper
2 cabbage leaves
1/4 c. salt-free tomato sauce
Preparation

Parboil cabbage leaves 5 minutes.
Mix all other ingredients and place half of mixture on each leaf.
Roll tightly and place in greased baking dish.
Pour tomato sauce over rolls and bake at 350\u00b0 for
1 hour.
Yields 1
serving.
