Refried Bean Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 small onion, finely chopped
    1 small green pepper, finely chopped
    garlic powder
    4 c. cooked, smashed pinto beans
    1 c. sour cream
    1 tsp. chili powder
    1 1/2 c. grated cheese
Preparation
    Heat oil and saute onion and pepper until well softened. Combine with beans, sour cream, chili powder and garlic powder. Turn into 1 1/2-quart casserole.
    Top with cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
    Serves 4 to 5.
