Ingredients

6 to 7 tart apples
3/4 c. granulated NutraSweet
2 (9-inch) deep-dish pie crusts
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
2 Tbsp. flour
Preparation

Peel, core and slice apples.
(You can leave half unpeeled, if desired; this leaves more fiber.)
Mix in small bowl the flour, sweetener and spices.
Put sliced apples and dry ingredients in a plastic bag.
Mix thoroughly until all apple slices are coated.
