Apple Crisp - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. sliced, pared apples
1/4 c. water
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. sugar
3/4 c. flour
1/3 c. soft butter
Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
Spread apples evenly in an 8 x 8-inch square or 9-inch round baking dish/pan.
Sprinkle with water, cinnamon and salt mixture.
Toss lightly.
Mix sugar, flour and butter with a pastry blender until crumbly.
Spread over apples. Bake at 350\u00b0, uncovered, about 40 minutes.
Serve warm with milk, cream or ice cream.
