Golden Cream Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. chopped peeled potatoes
    1/2 c. sliced celery
    1/2 c. sliced carrots
    1/2 c. onion
    1/2 tsp. parsley flakes
    1 chicken bouillon cube
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 1/2 c. milk
    8 oz. Velveeta cheese, cubed
Preparation
    Combine potatoes, celery, carrots, onion, parsley flakes, bouillon cube, salt and pepper, plus 3 to 4 cups water in a large saucepan.
    Simmer, covered, for 15 to 20 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
