Whole Wheat Cottage Cheese Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. whole wheat flour
    1 3/4 c. white flour, unbleached
    2 pkg. active dry yeast
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 1/2 c. cream-style cottage cheese
    1/2 c. water
    1/4 c. packed brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. margarine or oil
    2 tsp. salt
    2 eggs
Preparation
    Thoroughly stir together 1 1/2 cups flour, salt, yeast and soda.
    Heat together cottage cheese, water, sugar and butter or oil and cook just until warm, stirring constantly to melt oil or margarine.
    Add to dry mixture; add eggs.
    Beat at low speed or by hand for 3 minutes, or enough to make a stiff dough.
    On floured surface knead until smooth, 8 to 10 minutes.
