Irish Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 stick butter
    2 scoops sugar (about 3 Tbsp.)
    2 eggs
    2 c. flour
    2 level tsp. baking powder
    1 level tsp. baking soda
    1 level tsp. cream of tartar
    1/2 box raisins
    pinch of salt
    1 2/3 c. buttermilk (enough to make moist)
Preparation
    Cream butter, sugar and eggs.
    Sift all dry ingredients, then add to creamed mixture along with raisins.
    Mix well.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 1 hour.
