Ingredients

2 sticks butter or margarine
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
1/2 tsp. almond extract
3 1/4 c. flour
Preparation

Cream butter and sugar until fluffy; add eggs, nutmeg, vanilla and almond extracts.
Blend well.
Gradually add in flour. Chill in fridge for at least 1 hour or until dough is stiff. Spread out and use cookie cutters to cut out shapes.
Bake on ungreased cookie sheet at 400\u00b0 until you think they are done. Bake longer for crispy cookies and shorter time for softer cookies.
