Taco Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground turkey or lean ground beef
    1/2 medium onion, chopped
    1 can pinto beans
    1 can kidney beans
    1 can hominy
    1 can Ro-Tel and/or stewed tomatoes
    1 can whole kernel corn
    1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
    1 pkg. Ranch dressing mix
    2 c. water
Preparation
    Saute meat and onion.
    Drain well.
    Add contents of cans, undrained, to meat and onion in a large pot.
    Add seasoning mixes and water.
    Mix well, heat thoroughly, and serve.
    Excellent in crock-pot.
    Freezes well. Yields 8 to 10 servings.
