Swiss Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    round steak, tenderized
    flour
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 bell pepper
    1 medium onion
    1 large can tomato sauce
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    2 1/2 c. cooked tomatoes
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire
    1 tsp. vinegar
    2 Tbsp. ketchup
    1 tsp. salt
    1 clove garlic, minced
Preparation
    Salt
    and
    pepper
    steak
    to
    taste.
    Flour
    steak
    for frying.
    Fry in oil until done on both sides.
    Cut bell pepper and onion in rings and put
    over
    steak.
    If there is oil left over from frying, drain.
    Pour
    large can of tomato sauce over steak, add bell pepper and
    onion.
    Bring\tto boil.
    Turn heat to simmer and simmer for 1 1/2
    to
    2
    hours\tso steak will be tender (cover with lid to simmer).
    Serve over rice.
