Oriental Celery And Peas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. water
    4 c. sliced celery
    1/2 c. frozen peas
    1 tsp. salt
    pinch of pepper
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    3 Tbsp. dry white wine
    1 can (8 1/2 oz.) water chestnuts, sliced and drained
Preparation
    Bring water to boiling in large saucepan; add celery and peas. Cover; cook 5 minutes or until celery is almost tender.
    Drain and leave vegetables in saucepan.
    Add salt, pepper, soy sauce, wine and water chestnuts to vegetables in saucepan.
    Toss together.
    Cook 2 minutes longer.
