Quick Cobbler - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (22 oz.) can peaches or fruit pie filling
3/4 c. all-purpose flour
1/4 c. packed brown sugar
1/4 tsp. cinnamon or vanilla flavoring
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 c. half and half cream
6 Tbsp. margarine
1/2 c. coconut (optional)
Preparation

Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
Spread peaches in baking dish.
Blend flour, sugar and flavoring or spice with margarine until mixture resembles crumbs.
Stir in coconut and spread on top of fruit. Cook until brown.
