Sunshine Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. lemon Jell-O
1 c. hot water
1 can crushed pineapple
1 Tbsp. vinegar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. grated carrot
1/3 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Drain pineapple; reserve juice.
Dissolve Jell-O in hot water. Add enough water to pineapple juice to make 1 cup.
Add to Jell-O.
Add salt and vinegar.
Chill until partially set.
