Sauerkraut Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (16 oz.) can sauerkraut, drained
1 lb. pork sausage
3/4 c. oatmeal
1 egg, beaten
2 Tbsp. brown sugar, packed
Preparation

Squeeze sauerkraut dry.
Combine all ingredients.
Mix well. Shape into one-inch balls.
Bake in ungreased shallow pan at 375\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
Break open to test.
Serves 5.
