Cheesy Potato Puff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 cups hot mashed potatoes
    1 (5 oz.) jar sharp process cheese spread
    2 eggs separated
    1 Tbsp. pimento, chopped
    1 Tbsp. parsley, chopped
Preparation
    Mix together potatoes, cheese spread, egg yolks, pimento and parsley.
    fold in stiffly beaten egg whites.
    Pour into 1
    1/2 quart casserole dish.
    Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes.
