Chicken And Rice Bake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 chicken quarters (leg and thighs or breast)
3 c. rice
6 c. water
2 pkg. onion soup mix
Preparation

Rinse chicken well. In a 9 x 13-inch baking pan, mix together 2 packages of onion soup mix and 6 cups warm water. Stir until dissolved. Add in rice and spread evenly in pan. Place chicken on top of rice. Chicken should be somewhat covered with soup broth. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes to 1 hour. Yield: 4 to 5 servings.
