Sunday Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can cream of mushroom soup (undiluted)
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1/3 c. butter or oleo, melted
    1 1/4 c. quick cooking rice
    1 chicken (3 to 4 lb.), cut in pieces or 6 to 8 breast pieces
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Combine soups, 1/4 cup oleo and rice.
    Pour in a greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch dish.
    Place chicken over rice.
    Brush with rest of oleo or butter.
    Season with salt and pepper.
    Bake at 275\u00b0 for 2 1/2 hours.
    Cover with foil.
