Honey Bran Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. oil
1 c. boiling water
1 c. bran
2/3 c. honey
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. lukewarm water
1 pkg. yeast
2 c. whole wheat flour
2 to 3 c. unbleached whole flour
Preparation

Combine oil, boiling water, bran, honey and salt.
Stir to blend; cool to lukewarm.
Add yeast which has been softened in lukewarm water.
Add flour gradually to make soft dough.
Knead until smooth and satiny.
Let rise to double in bulk (about 1 1/2 hours).
Grease hands well (dough is very sticky); form into rolls.
Drop from spoon if using muffin tins.
Let rise 35 to 40 minutes.
Bake 25 to 40 minutes at 375\u00b0.
