"Waldorf" Turkey Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. skinned, boned, cooked turkey, cut into cubes
    1 c. diced celery
    1 large McIntosh apple, cored and cut into cubes
    2 doz. seedless red grapes, cut lengthwise into halves
    1/2 c. plain low-fat yogurt
    2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
    2 packets instant chicken broth/seasoning mix (e.g. Weight Watchers)
    1 1/2 Tbsp. sunflower seeds
Preparation
    Combine first 4 ingredients in large salad bowl.
    In a small bowl, blend yogurt, mayonnaise and broth mix.
    Pour over salad and toss to coat thoroughly.
    Sprinkle salad with sunflower seeds. Chill until ready to serve.
    Serves 4 to 6.
