Cool Tuna Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 Tbsp. onion powder
    4 c. rotini pasta (about 3 c.; uncooked)
    2 c. frozen mixed vegetables, thawed
    2 cans (6 oz.) tuna, drained and flaked
Preparation
    Mix soup, mayonnaise, vinegar and onion powder in a large bowl.
    Toss pasta, vegetables and tuna together with soup mixture until evenly coated.
    Refrigerate at least 3 hours.
