Bohemian Coffee Cake - cooking recipe

1 c. cooking oil
1 c. granulated sugar
1 c. brown sugar
2 eggs
2 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. buttermilk
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0. Combine dry ingredients; sift and set aside. Mix oil and sugars together; beat slightly. Add eggs, one at a time, beating slightly after each addition. Add dry ingredients, buttermilk and vanilla to the first mixture. Stir in pecans. Pour into Bundt pan which has been prepared with cooking spray. Bake approximately 1 hour. Do not overbeat; do not overbake!
