Mexican Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. cooking wine
2 Tbsp. water
1/4 c. cooking oil
1/4 c. soy sauce
1 Tbsp. brown sugar, packed
1/4 tsp. garlic
3/4 tsp. ginger
1/4 tsp. oregano
Preparation

Skin chicken.
Put into 9 x 13-inch baking pan.
Mix all ingredients and pour over chicken.
Bake at 350\u00b0.
Cover with aluminum foil, sealing edges over sides.
Turn chicken once during baking.
Large broilers take about 2 hours.
Smaller fryers, 1 hour.
