Shoe Peg Corn Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (16 oz.) cans Shoe Peg corn, drained
    1 (2 oz.) jar chopped pimento, drained
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    2 stalks celery, chopped
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
Preparation
    Mix corn, pimento, green pepper, onion and celery.
    Combine sugar, oil, vinegar, salt and black pepper.
    Pour over vegetables. Cover.
    Chill overnight.
    Drain well before serving.
    Makes 8 servings.
