Shrimp Creole Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 can shrimp, cleaned
    1 c. cooked rice
    1/2 c. heavy cream
    1/4 c. tomato sauce or canned tomato soup
    1/4 tsp. celery salt
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. onion juice or finely minced onion
    buttered crumbs (optional)
Preparation
    Melt butter; add shrimp and simmer 3 minutes.
    Add rice, cream, tomato sauce and seasoning.
    Heat to boiling.
    Place in greased casserole.
    Let stand a while before baking to improve flavor.
    A few buttered crumbs may be placed on the top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Serves 4.
