Sausage And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 roll sausage
    1 onion, chopped
    1 bell pepper, chopped
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. raw rice
    2 envelopes chicken noodle soup mix
    4 1/2 c. water
Preparation
    In skillet, crumble sausage.
    Add onions, bell pepper and celery.
    Cook until sausage is brown.
    Put water in saucepan and bring to a boil.
    Add rice and soup mix.
    Cook 10 minutes. Combine all ingredients in a 2-quart casserole dish and bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
