Slow Cooked Baked Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. lean beef round, cut into bite size pieces
    2 c. chopped onion
    2 c. quartered potatoes
    2 c. carrot chunks
    2 c. large cut celery
    1 (8 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    5 Tbsp. tapioca
    1 tsp. sugar
    3 c. tomato juice
Preparation
    Heat oven to 250\u00b0.
    Place meat, onion, potatoes, carrots, celery, mushrooms, salt, pepper, tapioca and sugar in roaster or Dutch oven.
    Pour tomato juice over top.
    Cover tightly.
    Bake for 5 hours.
    Serves 6.
