Pork Chop Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 pork chops
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 soup can water
    1/2 c. sour cream
    2 Tbsp. chopped parsley (optional)
    4 c. thinly sliced potatoes
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Brown chops in small amount of oil in skillet.
    Place in casserole dish and place potatoes on top. Mix other ingredients and pour over chops and vegetables.
    Cover and bake at 375\u00b0 until tender, about 1 1/2 hours.
