Crabmeat Au Gratin - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small onion
    4 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 1/2 c. milk
    2 cans crabmeat, drained
    1 small can pimento, diced
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 c. grated cheese
    1 1/2 c. buttered bread crumbs
Preparation
    Saute onion
    in butter until soft; blend in flour.
    Add milk, stirring\tconstantly.
    Cook
    until
    thickened.\tAdd crabmeat, pimento,
    salt, pepper and cheese; stir until cheese melts.
    Place 1/2 mixture in greased casserole; cover with 1/2 bread crumbs. Add remaining crab mixture;
    top with remaining bread crumbs. Bake for 20 minutes at 350\u00b0.
