Broccoli-Rice Melange - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. fluffy cooked rice (1 c. before cooking)
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, thawed, heated and drained
    1 egg
    2 Tbsp. instant minced onion
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 1/4 tsp. salt
    1 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. melted butter or margarine
    1/2 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
    paprika
Preparation
    Combine rice and broccoli.
    Mix egg, onion, Worcestershire sauce, salt and milk. Stir into the rice-broccoli mixture.
    Pour into a greased 2-quart casserole.
    Top with melted butter and shredded cheese.
    Sprinkle with paprika.
    Bake in slow oven (325\u00b0) for 30 to 40 minutes.
    Makes 6 generous servings.
