Ingredients

4 eggs
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. melted shortening
3 c. milk
2 c. flour
Preparation

Mix eggs, salt and sugar thoroughly.
Add milk and stir.
Add shortening and mix.
Slowly add flour.
Cook as you would pancakes on a lightly greased griddle.
You may substitute brown sugar for the white sugar.
These are great with jam or syrup.
Roll them up if you wish.
