Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. yellow squash, sliced
    1 c. milk
    1 c. cracker crumbs
    1 stick margarine, melted
    1 egg, beaten
    1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
    1 small onion, chopped
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cook squash and onion in a small amount of water until tender; drain. Season with salt and pepper. Add beaten egg, margarine and cheese. Pour into casserole dish. Top with cracker crumbs. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes. Yields 6 servings.
