Corn Meal Pie(Makes 2.) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

6 egg yolks
2 c. sugar
1 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. butter
2 heaping Tbsp. self-rising flour
5 level Tbsp. corn meal
2 unbaked pie shells

Preparation

Cream butter, sugar, flour and meal. Mix milk, vanilla and egg yolks. Mix milk mixture and flour mixture together. Pour into unbaked pie shells and bake at 350\u00b0 until firm. Top with meringue if you like or leave plain.
