Stir-Fried Beef With Vegetables - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. round steak
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1 tsp. salt, sugar and soy sauce
    dash of garlic powder
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/2 c. cold water
    4 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 c. water
    2 tsp. beef bouillon
    1 small bunch bok choy, chopped
    1 onion, sliced
    1 c. mushrooms, sliced
    2 carrots, sliced
    1 head broccoli, cut up (stem sliced)
Preparation
    Can make up your choice of vegetables.
    Heat oil; add meat. Stir-fry for 3 to 4 minutes.
    Add onion, mushrooms and carrots. Stir-fry until onion turns clear.
    Add cornstarch mixture.
    Bring to boil and stir until thickened.
    Add bok choy and broccoli. Cook until desired doneness.
    Serve over rice.
