Lime Sherbet - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    2 c. Borden or Meadow Gold whipping cream (unwhipped)
    1/2 c. real lime juice
    green food coloring (1/2 drop)
Preparation
    In medium bowl, combine sugar and cream.
    Stir until it dissolves.
    Stir in the lime juice and green food coloring.
    Pour in 6-inch square pan or sherbet dish.
    Freeze it for 3 hours until firm.
