Baked Ziti - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium onion, chopped
    2 garlic cloves, minced
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 (28 oz.) can tomatoes with liquid, cut up
    1 tsp. dried oregano
    1 tsp. dried basil
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    8 oz. ziti, cooked and drained
    2 c. (8 oz.) shredded Mozzarella cheese
    2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    In a large skillet, saute onion and garlic in oil until tender.
    Add tomatoes, oregano, basil, salt and pepper.
    Cover; simmer for 20 minutes.
    Place ziti in an ungreased 11 x 7 x 2-inch baking dish.
    Cover with sauce.
    Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    Sprinkle with both cheeses.
    Bake 10 minutes longer, or until cheese melts.
    Yields 6 to 8 servings.
