Al'S Famous Shrimp Fettucine - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. medium to large shrimp
    2 bell peppers (1 red and 1 green)
    2 onions
    3 green onion tops
    3 or 4 cloves garlic
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese
    1 pt. half and half
    fresh grated Parmesan cheese (may substitute Mozzarella)
    Tony's Cajun seasoning
    black pepper
    salt
    18 oz. fettucine
Preparation
    In a large pot (not black), saute onions and bell peppers until done.
    Add shrimp, Tony's seasoning, salt, pepper and garlic to taste.
    Cook until shrimp are pink on medium heat.
    Add Velveeta.
    Slowly stir in half and half; do not boil.
    Simmer until cheese is melted and all ingredients are hot (not boiling).
