Pecan Dainties - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. pecans, ground (save some for garnish)
    1 lb. brown sugar
    3 egg whites, beaten stiff
Preparation
    Mix together.
    Form into small balls.
    Roll in granulated sugar.
    Press into top of each cookie with thumb, a piece of pecan or candied fruit.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 10 minutes.
