Spring Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. green beans, trimmed
    1 c. celery, sliced
    1 lb. fresh spinach, torn into bite-size pieces
    1 medium green pepper, cut into rings
    1 medium yellow pepper, cut into rings
    1 small onion, thinly sliced (1/2 c.)
    4 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese, grated
    5 Tbsp. Italian dressing
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. dried oregano leaves or dill
    fresh ground black pepper to taste
Preparation
    Blanch green beans in boiling water for 5 minutes, until tender-crisp.
    Rinse under cold water and drain.
    Rinse spinach thoroughly and drain.
    Tear into bite-size pieces.
    In a large bowl, toss all ingredients together until well blended.
    Makes 6 to 8 servings.
