Pecan Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 small can evaporated milk
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 stick butter
1/2 stick margarine
3 eggs
1 Tbsp. flour
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. pecans, chopped
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 c. Karo syrup (white)
Preparation

Mix flour and sugar. Melt butter. Gradually add sugar mixture to butter. Add milk, eggs, syrup and vanilla, blending as you go. Prick unbaked pie crust in bottom with a fork. Pour mixture into crust and sprinkle pecans on top of mixture. Bake at 325\u00b0 for approximately 50 to 60 minutes or until pie does not shake in the middle. Best to use a deep-dish pie crust.
