Cabbage Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. chicken stock
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
2 c. water
2 carrots, sliced
2 celery stalks, sliced
1/2 head cabbage, shredded
1 leek, chopped
2 turnips, sliced
1 garlic clove, minced
1/2 c. cauliflowerets
2 Tbsp. dill
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
Preparation

Combine everything except soy sauce and dill in large saucepan.
Cook 1 hour until vegetables are tender.
Add dill and soy sauce.
Cook 15 minutes.
Makes 10 (1 cup) servings.
